Abuse, Spam, and Phishing Reports

 

If you want to report specific domain name activities, please contact the domain’s registrar listed in WHOIS/RDAP to file an abuse report.

 

If you need additional assistance, email us at abuse@privacycorp.org with:

• The domain name(s) and registrar of record
• Description of the issue and timeline
• Evidence (e.g., URLs, full email headers, screenshots, .eml files)
• Your organization and contact details
• For matters with legal implications, copy legal@privacycorp.org.

 

PPC will acknowledge receipt and, where appropriate, coordinate with the registrar.

Law Enforcement and Court Orders.

 

PPC operates a Zero-Visibility custody model. Identity or record disclosure occurs only pursuant to a valid U.S. court order.

 

Submit legal process to legal@privacycorp.org with:

• Issuing court and jurisdiction
• Case number and legal authority (e.g., subpoena, court order)
• Specific scope (domain/asset identifiers and time period)
• Authorized requester’s name, title, agency/firm, and contact information

 

Without valid legal process, PPC does not disclose identity data, logs, or metadata.

 

Partner Integration Requests

 

Email support@privacycorp.org and include:

• Organization name, website, and primary contact
• Intended integration type (registrar/Web3/marketplace/other)
• Use cases (domain privacy proxy, Web3 identity shield, AI age verification)
• Technical environment and desired timelines

 

PPC will provide the integration agreement, disclosure protocol, and sandbox access.

 

Sensitive materials: Do not transmit unrequested PII. If secure transfer is required, request instructions via the relevant email.

 

Compliance and Recording Notice

 

Email communications with PPC may be logged and retained for compliance, trust monitoring, and legal auditing. PPC does not provide phone/live-chat handoffs and does not access or disclose sealed identity records without a valid U.S. court order.
